Kathy Madsen has rejoined Brazen Sotheby’s International Realty in Bellevue.

“With referrals being my primary source of business, teaming up with Brazen Sotheby’s international Realty has given me a global network of clients purchasing in the United States,” Madsen said. “I not only work with clients who are relocating from one state to another, but also literally one continent to another.”

Steve Rustik has joined D.A. Davidson & Co.’s Bellevue office as Vice President, Financial Consultant. 

Rustik joined the firm with prior experience with Smith Barney. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Washington, and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. Rustik is a Certified Financial Planner.

Express Construction has hired Greg Tozer as the director of operations. Tozer brings 22 years of experience, serving as superintendant, construction manager and firm owner

He attended Central Washington University majoring in industrial arts and earned his associate of applied science (AAS) in construction management from Renton Technical College in 1989.

Greene joins PACE

Christina Greene has joined Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE) as Development Associate for Guilds and Special Events. She will serve as their advisor and oversee all Guild-related activities and events. Greene also will be responsible for coordinating campaign-related events, including Parties For PACE.

Over the past five years, Greene has worked with volunteers and events while on staff at the Washington State History Museum and most recently with Providence Regional Medical Center General Foundation.

She also has experience as a volunteer herself, working with Village Theatre, the Intiman Theatre Annual Gala, the PONCHO auction, as a Guild member of Providence General Children’s Association, and with many other organizations.
