The city of Bellevue honored Sharon and Dallas Graham with its Volunteer of the Year award for serving as chairs of the Bellevue Botanical Garden’s Garden d’Lights event.

The husband and wife team oversaw all aspects of the event, including months of planning, coordinating 300 volunteers, logistics, teaching, and evaluation.

Over 166,000 visitors attended the December event, setting a new record. Donations also reached an all-time high.
