Elder and Adult Day Services will offer a class called Powerful Tools for Caregivers starting Sept. 13.

The free, six-week free class will be held at Elder and Adult Day Services in Bellevue, 12831 NE 21st Place. The class will be from 3:30-5 p.m.

The class is designed to give caregivers tools to better cope with their individual caregiving situation. Topics include ways to reduce stress, communication techniques and dealing with difficult emotions.
