Author Carew Papritz, called “The Cowboy Philosopher,” will sign his new book, The Legacy Letters, from 2:30-4:40 p.m. Dec. 13 at Barnes & Noble in downtown Bellevue.

Although The Legacy Letters is a work of fiction, it is being interpreted as an inspirational guide-book because it taps into a real desire to understand life’s important questions and appeals to people who seek meaning in their lives.
