The Eastside Fuchsia Society is seeking members. The group meets monthly at the Bellevue Botanical Garden and maintains a fuchsia garden there. The society also has a test garden at Lake Boren Park in Newcastle. Monthly meetings have speakers and presentations for the care and propagation of fuchsias. Other activities include a plant sale the first weekend in May and an annual judged show and fuchsia sale in August.
