An arraignment is set for Monday, April 12 for the man accused of hitting Patrick Franklin, 40, of Bellevue as he was filling his gas tank of his disabled pickup truck on I-5 on Sunday.

Mugiraneza Vianne, 24, of Auburn faces a charge of vehicular assault when the State Patrol say his minivan drifted onto the shoulder of the road and his Franklin.

The Patrol says the Vianne had been drinking and detectives believe he may have been using his cell phone at the time of the collision.
