On the heels of winning SKI Magazine’s National Shop of the Year award this past January, Sturtevant’s in Bellevue has been named the U.S. Regional Retailer of the Year for the Pacific Region by the SnowSports Industries of America (SIA).

Sturtevant’s, a specialty ski and snowboard shop, was selected for their knowledge and experience in snow sports, extensive snow sports merchandise, exemplary customer service, and the shop’s efforts to aid in the growth of the snow sports industry.

Sturtevant’s owners Jeff Campbell and Tracy Gibbons will receive the award at the 2011 SIA Snow Show in Denver, Colo., Jan. 27-30, 2011.

The SIA US and Canada SnowSports Retailer of the Year Awards are based upon a shop’s contribution to the growth of the snow sports industry, its promotional and marketing techniques and its success in the ski, snowboard, tele, cross country and/or snowshoe marketplace.

Sturtevant’s has won SKI Magazine’s Far West Shop of the Year award four times. This was the first year the company won the National Shop of the Year award. Sturtevant’s has been voted a Gold Medal Ski Shop by SKI Magazine every year since 1999.
