Helena Theresa Archer of Bellevue died on July 17, 2014 at Overlake Hospital. She was 90.

She was born Oct. 13, 1923 in County Mayo, Ireland to Patrick and Annie Athy. On Sept. 24, 1955 she married Denis William Archer. They lived and worked in Great Britain until 1980 when they moved to Chicago. They settled in Bellevue in 2003.

She is survived by her son, Paul Archer, of Bellevue and four grandchildren, Flynn, Shelby, Sophia, and Ian.

The family suggests remembrances to St. Vincent de Paul, 5950 Fourth Ave. S. Seattle, WA 98108.

A funeral mass will be said at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, at St. Madeleine Sophie Catholic Church, 4400 130th Place S.E., Bellevue.
