Gary Guenther and Matthew Gardner will provide a Real Estate Reality Check at the Bellevue Downtown Association membership meeting Thursday, June 25.
The meeting is from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Bellevue Club.
Guenther, Partner and Senior Vice President with GVA Kidder Mathews, and Gardner, Principal of Gardner Economics, will discuss that while Bellevue has fared better than many cities across the nation, vacancies have risen, condos remain unsold and new development has slowed dramatically. The question is, now tough is it, where are we headed over the next two quarters and into 2010 and what’s really going on in our market?
Guenther and Gardner will cover the realities in the local market today, how investors, tenants and buyers are coping, and what signs to look for as the economy improves.
Cost is $30 for BDA members and $40 for non-members and registration is due by June 23.
The Bellevue Club is located at 11200 SE Sixth St.
