The 6th graders have led a successful composting and recycling program at the school since 2009. As a result, St. Thomas School has been certified as a Level 1 Green School.

This year, the team upped the ante with the Bike to School Day with the hope to earn Level 2 certification as a Washington Green School.

St. Thomas School is an independent, non-sectarian school in Medina.
