Bellevue’s Clark Nuber, a CPA and consulting firm, has been honored, for the second time, by being selected as one of the “50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America.”
The survey is administered by the Great Place to Work Institute, which conducts the same survey for large companies featured in Fortune magazine. The award was given at the Society for Human Resource Management Convention in Chicago.
An employee survey, management questionnaire, and internal firm materials counted for two-thirds of the total score. The remaining one-third of the score came from the Great Place to Work Institute’s evaluation of companies in five areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
