The eCityGov Alliance has recently launched it’s seventh regional, government service portal. GovJobsToday.com will provide regional government job postings and online applications.

The portal will let people go to only one source to search for government jobs.

The GovJobsToday site currently serves Bellevue, along with the cities of Kenmore, Bothell, Woodinville,

Kirkland, Mercer Island, Issaquah, Sammamish and Snoqualmie. One of the region’s newest agencies, the North East King County Regional Public Safety Communication Agency (NORCOM) will soon be online as well.

The GovJobsToday online job application process streamlines what had been a paper intensive process, both for the applicant and city human resource staff. The portal also makes it much easier for job seekers to find and apply for positions for a number of cities in one place.
