NAMI Eastside will hold a free conference for parents on Saturday, March 8 for parents, caregivers, educators and clinicians about children with a mental illness.

Keynote speakers will be Cinda Johnson and Linea Johnson, authors of Perfect Chaos, a daughter’s struggle to survive bipolar and a mother’s journey to save her.

The event will be at Northshore Baptist Church, 10301 N.E. 145th St. in Kirkland.
