Jason Liu has been appointed as the new chief executive officer of UC4, a developer of global automation software, according to a report by XCONOMY. Liu has a background in software, mobile and cloud systems management, and has served as CEO to several companies, including Callisto Software, Intrinsic Technologies and most recently, Univa UD.

Bellevue is the U.S. headquarters of UC4.
