YouthCare’s Straley House in Seattle will dedicate its new courtyard Thursday, thanks to volunteers from the Bellevue-based Master Builders Care Foundation; the National football League Players Association, Former Players Seattle Chapter; and the National Association of Home Builders’ Touchdown for Homes project.

Straley House, in Seattle, sereves formerly homeless residents.

All labor and materials were donated and the volunteers, including former Seahawks Sam McCullum and Nesby Glasgow, were led by builder captain Pacific Landscape Management.  Labor and materials were donated by various members of the local homebuilding industry including Weisman Design Group, Tarrazo & Stone Supply Company, Trendset, Mutual Materials, Economy Fence Center and Puget Sound Skills Center.

The approximate retail cost to build the courtyard would have been $7,000.
