Bellevue Police Detective Ellen Inman was named Officer of the Year as 38 members of the department were recognized at an annual awards ceremony Wednesday, May 15. Forensic Technician Brian Orr was named Staff Support Employee of the Year.

In addition Years of Service, Life Saving, Commanders awards were presented along with a Meritorious Award.
