Meydenbauer Bay Neighbors Association to hear from Bellevue deputy mayor

The Meydenbauer Bay Neighbors Association will hear from Bellevue Deputy Mayor Jennifer Robertson in a 7 p.m. meeting Thursday, Oct. 18 at the Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club, 9927 Meydenbauer Way SE, Bellevue. Robertson will speak on current Bellevue City Council issues.

 

The Meydenbauer Bay Neighbors Association will hear from Bellevue Deputy Mayor Jennifer Robertson in a 7 p.m. meeting Thursday, Oct. 18 at the Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club, 9927 Meydenbauer Way SE, Bellevue. Robertson will speak on current Bellevue City Council issues.

Other issues on the agenda include:

Lorrie Peterson, City of Bellevue parks property manager discussing an updated status of the Meydenbauer Bay Waterfront Park, Jay Hummel, senior engineer/Bellevue Utilities giving update on the upcoming Meydenbauer Bay sewer replacement project, and Anita Skoog-Neil speaking on the status of the Shoreline Master Plan.

Detective Richard Chinn of the Bellevue Police Department will speak on neighborhood crime, car prowls, burglaries, identity theft and prevention, especially in the West Bellevue area. Sgt. Jim Robarge of the Mercer Island Marine Patrol and Sgt. Doug Harris of the Seattle Harbor Patrol will address marine patrol and safety issues.

A question-and-answer period also is planned.
