Cosmos Development Company has completed phase one of the medical/dental and professional services center of the new Lake Hills Village mixed use development located at 655 156th Avenue SE in Bellevue. The completed development is designed to be a central gathering place for the Lake Hills Community and will focus on catering to neighborhood needs and services all within walking or short driving distances of local residential areas.
The Lake Hills Village development is a mixed use plan that will include residential, retail, office, underground and surface parking, a central pedestrian plaza with a bell tower, and a gateway terrace with a covered arcade. The King County Library Lake Hills Branch is a major anchor tenant to the project.
“We have detailed plans for the successful growth of this community that includes everything needed to support the new residents including grocery and retail shopping, medical and office space, library branch, and landscaped pedestrian ways all within minutes of their homes,” stated Oscar Del Moro, Cosmos Development Company’s Executive Vice President.
The Colliers International team of Tim Chin and Blake Diers have been selected to represent the developer in leasing up this new building.
The new three story building is approximately 117,500 square feet and consists of retail, medical, dental, and professional services use with floor to ceiling windows and outdoor terraces. The planned residential component consists of 90 units; approximately 64 to 72 residential units will be located over the three planned ground floor retail buildings and approximately 18 to 26 residential units will be developed as town home buildings.
