Guy W. Fielding of Bellevue died Jan. 19, 2013 at Valley Medical Center in Renton. He was 41.

Mr. Fielding is survived by his daughter, Justine Fielding, and his parents, Ron and Ann Fielding of Bellevue.

At his request a private family gathering will be held.
