“The Lily Series” and other works in oil pastels by  artist Paula Chester Libes is open for viewing at T’Latte through the end of May.

The colorful artworks, a celebration of spring, are hung on the walls of T’Latte, a fine tea and coffee shop on the first floor of the Bogarte Condominiums off Main Street in Bellevue.

Libes is a resident of Mercer Island.  She received art degrees from SUNY at Stony Brook and from Bellevue College and has worked as a textile designer, colorist and interior designer.

The community is invited to meet the artist from 4-6 p.m. Saturday; and 4-6 p.m. May 28.
