The city of Bellevue is working to bring a sense of community and advocacy to the downtown area with the formation of a downtown residents association, which will be a first in the city’s history.
Downtown residents are invited to a meeting 6-7:30 p.m. Thursday at City Hall to share ideas and hear updates from city staff about projects that will be important to the Downtown Bellevue Residents Association.
The proposed association boundaries are I-405 to the east, 100th Avenue Northeast to the west, Main Street to the south and Northeast 12th Street to the north.
