The Cascade Water Alliance will be bringing its WaterSense Road Show to different community events, festivals and farmer’s markets.

The goal is to provide free water conservation-related items to the community; such as showerheads, kitchen and bathroom faucet aerators, rain gauges, and shower timers. Knowledgeable staff will be on hand to answer questions about water conservation and Cascade’s programs.

Conservation is a major component of Cascade’s long range water supply management strategy. Since 2004, Cascade Water Alliance has offered conservation programs to help people reduce their water use and save money.

Cascade is a non-profit corporation comprised of eight municipalities and water districts that joined together in 1999 to provide water supply for current and future needs. It includes the cities of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Redmond and Tukwila and the Covington Water District, the Skyway Water and Sewer District and the Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District. The agency currently serves 400,000 residents and 22,000 businesses.
