Your front page story of Deirdre Keys ( Bellevue Reporter, May 13) is inspiring and soul-stirring. She was once a victim of domestic violence herself and is now doing her best to rescue and help such victims through Livewire so as to enable them to lead a meaningful social life.

Livewire has done a commendable job of lending succor and support to an amazingly unfortunate 131,000 victims of domestic violence since its inception in 1982. No other animal on this planet kills its kith and kin. Natural law of action and reaction works without exception.

Therefore, those indulging in domestic violence are just inviting suffering and pain towards them, which may come from any direction and at any time in the future. What a piece of work is man. How ignoble! How barbaric! Let the like-minded souls lend their helping hands to Deirdre Keys so that the network reaches out to the needy before it is too late.
