The “green living” cottage community Trails at Newcastle has named city of Bellevue community development director Brenda Nunes to its management team.

Nunes, with over 16 years of marketing and community relations experience on the Eastside, will be responsible for facilitating community development for the project.

Trails at Newcastle is designed to foster a co-housing lifestyle that features green home designs, restorative landscaping, community-focused site plans, ecological stewardship, and smart growth.
