Kiehl’s Since 1851 will open a skincare store at Bellevue Square on Saturday. A grand opening will be from 10 a.m. to noon.
It will be second Kiehl’s store to open in Washington.
As part of the grand opening celebration, Kiehl’s has partnered with Seattle-area organization Mona Foundation and spokesperson Rainn Wilson, star of NBC’s The Office. Chris Salgardo, President of Kiehl’s USA will also attend the grand opening.
Kiehl’s has been a long-time advocate for children’s well-being and education, aligning with Mona Foundation’s goal to support grassroots educational initiatives around the world. Its main objectives are to provide quality education to all children, to raise the status of women and girls, and to build community capacity in areas where its sponsored projects are located.
Wilson will make a special public appearance to meet customers and honor Mona Foundation on Saturday at Bellevue Square. In Wilson’s honor and to celebrate the new store, Kiehl’s will present $15,000 to Mona Foundation at the grand opening.
Also, this holiday season, Kiehl’s will release a Limited Edition Creme de Corps Collection with artist Jeff Koons, from which 100 percent of Kiehl’s Worldwide Net Profits up to $200,000 will benefit The Koons Family Institute, an initiative of the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC). The funding raised will also benefit the Mona Foundation and the in-store pet adoptions, like the University Village Kiehl’s store held this spring with Seattle’s Motley Zoo Animal Rescue.
Kiehl’s Since 1851 will be located at 1086 Bellevue Square, Suite #134, 425-637-5011.
