Richard M. Hull
A “Celebration of Life” for Richard M. Hull – beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend, was held August 9, 2014. Dick passed peacefully from this life into God’s Heavenly home August 3, 2014.
Dick was a graduate of Highline High School, the University of Washington (where he was President of his fraternity, Phi Kappa Psi); and Willamette Law School with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree. He worked for New York Life Insurance Company as a legal consultant for 18 years then started his own business – American Retirement Systems, Bellevue.
Dick loved life and enjoyed traveling, skiing, tennis, Husky football and vacationing with family and friends. He especially enjoyed 35 years of boating aboard the “Hullelujah”.
Dick is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sandi, sons Rick (JoDee); Rob (Keri), daughter Cindy Wimmer (Matt) and 7 grandchildren who adored him: Benson and Kylisa Hull; Mason and Mazi Jane Hull; Michael, Sarah and Ella Wimmer; brother, George Hull (Karel); nieces and nephews. Dick was preceded in death by son, Michael Christopher, who died of cancer at age 3.
In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to Seattle Children’s Hospital, Camp SAMBICA, Bellevue; NW Parkinson Foundation.
