Jane K. Young

Long time resident of Bellevue, born September 19 1935 in Port Angeles, passed away peacefully with family by her side May 12, 2011. She was married to George Young and was a devoted wife and stay at home mom. After her kids were grown she went to work for the Bellevue Journal and loved her job working with all the “kids” as she called them. Mom loved her own kids and being a Grandma in later years were the love of her life! She had some wonderful friends that she would spend time going to the movies, shopping and getting together for a glass of wine. Jane is survived by her son Steve (Jade) with 3 grandchildren of Hawaii, Justin, Olivia and Hayley; her daughters Suz Nelson and Steph (Don) Myers and 3 grandchildren of Woodinville, Sean, Kevin and Kristin; her sister Pete and husband Rocky of Bremerton. We miss and love our mom and grandma always.
