Josephine Adams

Josephine Adams, died Dec. 14th in Kirkland. Lifelong Eastside resident, born April 3, 1922 in Bellevue, to George and Rose Waham She was one of nine children all raised in Bellevue. She graduated from Bellevue High in 1940 and married Edward Wojtacha in 1945. Devoted to her children, she also enjoyed preparing Lebanese family recipes. After her husband died in 1967, she worked 20 years for Nordstrom. In 1980, she married Harold Adams, and they retired in Bothell.Survived by daughter Mary Jo Eland, Redmond, son John Wojtacha, Bellevue. Also grandchildren, Kim Jacobsen, AZ., Amy Eland, Cary Buehler, Jason Wojtacha, Robert and Jean Wojtacha, all of the Eastside. Also four great-grandsons.Services have been held. Donations to American Diabetes Assoc.
