Dec. 5

Food to go no-go: A woman who had previously been trespassed from a restaurant in the 900 block of Bellevue Way NE returned on Dec. 4 and Dec. 5. She ordered food to go, but then would not pay. Police arrested her.

Cinematic takedown: A person under the influence of drugs began physically assaulting people at the Lincoln Square Cinemas. A Bellevue firefighter was able to take the suspect to the ground. He was removed from the premises, but not arrested because the victim did not want to press charges.

Dec. 8

Road rage: A subject driving in the 2300 block of 140th Ave. NE allegedly pointed a gun at another driver after they “exchanged glances.”

Fire victim burglarized: A former resident of the Chimney Condominiums was burglarized sometime that week. The victim had been unable to remove any possessions from their home since the fire. Several large items and jewelry worth approximately $10,000 were stolen.

Dec. 9

Nutty assault: A man reported that his roommate assaulted him by throwing a jar of peanuts at him. The roommate was booked into jail for assault and obstruction of justice.

Suspicious subject: The Tillicum Middle School principal reported that a male subject contacted several children on campus, asked their names and about drugs. Officers contacted the subject, who denied the allegations.

K9 tackles suspect: Police responded to reports of two subjects with flashlights looking into the windows of homes in the 9700 block of NE 13th St. in Clyde Hill. One suspect fled from police. Police K9 Ozzy tracked down the suspect, who decided to charge towards the police officers, but was taken down by Ozzy. He was transported to the hospital and later to jail.

Dec. 10

Smashing defeat: Police responded to calls of two males smashing one another’s heads into their car windshields. It was determined that they were former roommates, and one was booked into jail.
