Nestled inside Lincoln Square at 500 Bellevue Way NE, Ste. 310, Henry’s Tavern will open its 100 beer taps, signature Mac and Cheese Burger, hand-seasoned Gorgonzola waffle fries and more to the Bellevue community on Aug. 30.
But this location is different from its Seattle counterpart.
This menu will feature health-conscious food items, such as protein bowls and wellness inspired salads.
With an extensive selection of local, regional and international beers, and hard ciders on tap and in bottles, Henry’s Tavern offers beer aficionados exciting options. From pilsners, blondes, white ales and wheats to brown ales, lagers, stouts and porters, the frequently rotating taps showcase varied beer styles from seasonal releases and European specialties to fruit ales.
The bar features a custom frost rail to keep pints cold, an outdoor patio looking over Downtown Bellevue’s urban streetscape, games such as shuffleboard, and state-of-the-art TVs to watch the game.
The Bellevue tavern is 11,468 square feet and holds 283 seats with a 708 square foot patio with 48 seats.
Approximately 150 new jobs will be available after local positions are filled.
The general contractor for the space was Wilcox Construction Build with architecture and design by Graphite Design Group. Kemper Development Company is the property manager.
Meet the staff:
Executive chef Sean Borst has been crafting scratch kitchen menus for Henry’s Tavern since joining the restaurant group over six years ago, first with Henry’s Tavern in Portland, Ore. As the brand expanded into cities such as Plano, Texas to Denver, Colo. and now, Bellevue, he spent time in each market to successfully launch Henry’s Tavern locale. Chef Sean brings over two decades of experience as a chef on the West Coast, including tenures with prominent steakhouses, chophouses and seafood grills. His passion for Americana cuisine with an artisanal twist is reflected in the menu debuting at Henry’s Tavern in Bellevue.
General manager Scott Snyder, originally from Destin, Fla. is welcomed into the Restaurants Unlimited family as the General Manager of Henry’s Tavern in Bellevue. Scott has extensive experience with many adored brands, including Texas Road House, Joes Crab Shack, The Cheese Cake Factory and Hard Rock Café. With numerous years of restaurant management experience and front of house expertise, he is a fantastic leader to open the newest Henry’s Tavern.
Henry’s Tavern started as a Pearl District neighborhood tavern in Portland, Ore. in 2004.
