Lincoln South Food Hall, Downtown Bellevue’s new communal experience, is now feeding hungry Eastside diners.
The interactive location highlights an array of new choices for contemporary fare, according to a recent news release. Four of the Food Hall’s venues are now open: Barrio Luchador, Fat & Feathers, Baguette Epicerie, and Avo-Poke. Burger Brawler and Crosta E Vino will open at the end of January. Adjacent Food Hall neighbor, Dote Coffee Bar, opened last year.
Lincoln South Food Hall represents an outgrowth of the Eastside’s full-service dining scene, providing unique, quick serve choices in the large open space. It is a centrally located spot to pick up breakfast, lunch, meet friends after work, bring the family for a scoop of ice cream, or acquire provisions to take home for dinner.
The chef-driven menus were created by Jeffrey Frederick and chef Kevin Hee of the Elite Brand Hospitality Group. The kitchen is helmed by Daniel Laferriere, executive chef. The team is focused on using local and artisan purveyors that offer high quality ingredients alongside a robust offering of specialty beverages. Guests will find choices for early morning; breakfast tacos, croque sandwiches, fruit smoothie bowls and coffee, to late night; al pastor street tacos, burgers, ramen and adult drinks.
Technology will make procuring food as easy as click, tap or swipe. Options include self-serve kiosks for grab-and-go, and, in the coming days, online ordering for pick-up and delivery via the Food Hall’s website and mobile app. Soon, third party partners – ©DoorDash, ©Grubhub, and ©Caviar – will also be providing delivery services, followed by ©Uber Eats and ©Postmates.
