A First Tech Federal Credit Union branch is slated to occupy the City Center building in April 2014, and will reflect the company’s “Branch of the Future” concept to address more complex financial needs, such as investments, mortgages and insurance.

The branch, at 500 108th Avenue Northeast, will be the sixth in Washington for First Tech, and anticipates heavy service for Microsoft and CH2M Hill employees.

On top of traditional services, First Tech will have an onsite mortgage loan expert, licensed insurance expert and offer financial planning and advisory through Addison Avenue Investment Services.
