Interlake won its fifth straight, 3-2 over Mercer Island in overtime. The Saints took a 2-0 lead early in the second half but were unable to hold off the Islanders, who scored a pair of goals to push the game to overtime. In the extra session, it was Emma Bergstrom netting the game winner on an assist from Annika Granfors.

Cross country
The Bellevue Christian girls finished in third in an Emerald City League cross country meet at Kelsey Creek Park in Bellevue with a team score of 73. The Vikings’ boys ended the day in fifth. Northwest took home the win for the girls while Cedar Park Christian won the meet on the boys’ side.
Daniel Nortz ended the race in second and Bree Oldham finished in fifth for the girls.
