Theft: Two suspects stole alcohol from a store on the 4100 block of Factoria Boulevard Southeast. The female suspect was located and arrested.
Theft/Eluding: Two suspects were seen in the store concealing items and leaving without paying on the 4100 block of Factoria Boulevard Southeast. When confronted by loss prevention, they dropped the bags and pushed their way past the officer. Suspect fled in a U-HAUL box truck. An officer located the truck nearby and attempted a traffic stop. the vehicle fled from the stop and the officer did not pursue.
Assault: The suspect assaulted his father while sitting in the victim’s car on the 14800 block of Northeast 35th Street. The suspect left on foot and the victim drove himself to the hospital. The suspect was located at his apartment and arrested.
Tuesday, Oct. 2
Commercial Burglary: Police responded to a series of commercial burglaries on the 100 block of 106th Ave. Northeast. The unknown suspects smashed out front glass door, made entry into businesses and stole items.
Commercial Burglary: Police responded to a commercial burglary on the 12000 block of Northeast 8th Street. The unknown suspects smashed out front glass door, made entry into business and took items.
Friday, Oct. 5
Extortion: The victim started an online relationship with a person he thought was 18 years old. The suspect and victim exchanged naked photos of each other. Soon afterwards, the victim then received an email from the same email who claimed to be the angry father of a 15 year old who accused the victim of being a child predator, then demanded that the victim pay $1500. The victim recognized this to be an internet scam and reported the situation to Bellevue Police.
