A full day planting extravaganza will be held at Molbak’s on Sept. 25.

At 10 a.m., King County Master Gardener Holly Kennell will discuss recommendations for easy-care evergreen and deciduous landscape plants that will provide structure to your garden and create year-round interest.

Kennell will be followed at noon by Molbak’s own designer, Michele Skujins, who will be sharing tips on what plants to feature in your outdoor container gardens that showcase brilliant fall color.

The afternoon is topped off with a container planting session from 1-3 p.m.
