Solomon Metalwala and Julia Biryukova, the parents of missing 2-year-old Sky signed a divorce agreement on Monday.

Metawala was given custody of the boy’s 5-year-old sister, and Biryukova was allowed no visitation rights.

The agreement stipulates that Metawala will pay the couple’s credit card debt of $47,000, but there will be no child support payments from either side.

Biryukova reported on Nov. 6 that 2-year-old Sky disappeared after she ran out of gas in Bellevue. A massive search failed to turn up any sign of him.
