Washington State Patrol detectives are searching for additional witnesses to an injury collision that occurred on eastbound Interstate 90 on March 18 just after midnight in which a silver Chevrolet Impala struck the left and right barrier in the Mount Baker Tunnel. The Impala was blocking the lanes following the collision.
