Sophie Wolze scored seven goals and had an assist as Bellevue East beat Auburn Mountainview 20-9. Kristen Dick and Hannah Morse each scored four goals for Auburn Mountainview.
BOYS SOCCER
April 24
Sammamish 1, Bellevue 0
Taylor Backous scored an unassisted goal in the 74th minute to help the Totems beat Bellevue 1-0. Stuart Ellsworth picked up the shutout for Sammamish (5-4-2, 4-3-1 KingCo 3A). Bellevue fell to 4-8 overall and 3-6 in conference play with the win.
Newport 3, Redmond 1
The Knights scored three-straight goals to open the game and held off Redmond 3-1. Kyle Savette, Brandon Purcell and Scotty Staples all scored goals for Newport (4-8-1, 3-5 KingCo 4A). Redmond’s Sean Myers scored the only goal for the Mustangs (4-4-2, 3-3-1).
BASEBALL

Liberty 12, Bellevue 6
Liberty scored runs in every inning but the third, doubling up the Patriots 12-6. Troy Colyer had two RBIs for Liberty (13-3, 12-2 KingCo 3A/2A) and Troy Askins went 4-for-5 and scored four runs. John McLeod got the win for Liberty, while David Heyduck took the loss for the Wolverines (10-5, 9-5).
Sammamish 13, Interlake 3
The Totems ran off a 7-0 lead before Interlake scored a run as the Totems beat the Saints 13-3. Will Minice got the win for Sammamish (7-8, 6-7). Matt Allan took the loss for Interlake (2-13, 2-12).
SOFTBALL
April 24
Bellevue 1, Mount Si 0
Angani Briggs knocked in the only run of the game, as Bellevue beat the Wildcats 1-0. Emily Fleischman pitched a complete game one-hitter to get the win for Bellevue (7-5, 5-2 KingCo 3A/2A). Alex Johnson was tagged with the loss for Mount Si (5-6, 4-3).
Juanita 17, Sammamish 1
Kellie Shinstrom had four RBIs and Jennifer Welch and Brooke Rychard each knocked in three as the Rebels defeated the Totems 17-1.
Kylie Sparks picked up her 12th win of the season, going five innings and allowing one run on two hits for Juanita (13-1, 7-0 KingCo 3A). Emily McKaig took the loss for the Totems (6-7, 1-6).
Interlake 15, Mercer Island 1
Sara Ostlund and Maddy Schiappa each had three RBIs and Stefanie Rabitoy had two as the Saints rolled over Mercer Island 15-1. Cady Buscher got the win for the Saints (5-5, 4-3). Charlotte Pearman took the loss for the Islanders (0-10, 0-7), allowing 15 runs on 13 hits. Only seven of the runs were earned.
Inglemoor 4, Newport 0
Four different Vikings had two hits as Inglemoor knocked off Newport 4-0. Rosie Matsumoto got the win for Inglemoor (8-4, 4-4 KingCo 4A), allowing three hits in seven innings of work. Jessica Barry took the loss for Newport (6-6, 3-5).
