Don W. Fisher was born on July 28, 1928 to Leulla (née Chase) and Fred E. Fisher in Seattle. He passed away on May 24, 2011 in Bellevue.

He is survived by his step-daughters, Peggy Reynaud, Kathy Chapman and Cheryl Strelau; sons, Donald Wayne Fisher, James Lloyd Fisher and Jack Fisher.
