Bellevue LifeSpring’s wine auction will feature Greg Lill, president, COO and co-owner of DeLille Cellars as the featured winemaker at the 11th annual Wine at its Best: Wine Tasting and Auction on Oct. 11 at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Stacy Lill, Greg’s wife and founder of “O” Wines, is the honorary chair of the event that benefits Bellevue LifeSpring’s Breaktime-Mealtime program.

About one in five children is living at or near the federal poverty line in Bellevue. The Breaktime-Mealtime program provides these children with nutritious food during school breaks, ensuring they stay well-fed and are ready to learn when they return to the classroom.

Greg and Stacy Lill are passionate about giving back to their community.

“It’s just amazing to think this organization is serving over 80,000 meals to children [each year],” Greg said. “I can’t imagine what the task must be to undertake, and to be able to provide that on an annual basis is just phenomenal. It’s remarkable that this need is happening right here in Bellevue.”

As featured winemaker, Greg will host the VIP Meet the Winemaker Party held just prior to the main tasting and auction. VIP guests will have access to a special tasting of DeLille wines and get a behind-the-scenes look at the winemaking process.
