Bellevue hosts first Wolverine Wrestling alumni night

Bellevue dominated Ballard 69-6 Thursday in the Wolverines first alumni night. Among former wrestlers in attendance were: Paco Ward (seventh in state at 285 in 2005), Kurtis Santiallanes (fourth in state at 160 in 2007), Aki Chinen (sixth in state at 119 in 2009), Matt Verstegen (KingCo champion at 130 in 2009), Davis Jones (KingCo champion at 135 in 2009) and Eddie Mills (state alternate in 2008).

Five different Wolverines won by pinning their opponents.
