Greg Smith has joined the brokerage division of Wallace Properties. He will specialize in industrial, flex and office property leasing.

Prior to joining Wallace Properties, he was an industrial broker with the Bellevue office of Grubb and Ellis.

Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Smith practiced commercial and real estate law in Bellevue and specialized in commercial litigation and transactional law. He is an Emeritus attorney with the Washington State Bar Association.

A 30-year resident of the Eastside, Smith is also active in volunteer efforts on behalf of the Eastside Domestic Violence Program and Washington Attorneys Assisting Community Organizations.
