Chef Curtis Ross will bring his love of people and food to Bellevue where he and co-founder, Debbie Martin, have opened the Zenai Center, a green event center offering meeting space, organic food catering, classes in yoga, meditation, journey dance, and fitness, as well as workshops and alchemy dinners.

Body Evolution Health & Fitness Technology Day Spa has relocated to the Zenai Center.

The center will have an open house from 4-8 p.m. today.

Curtis has worked as a private chef to top celebrities like Will Smith and Jada Pincket, and Daniel Snyder, owner of the Washington Redskins.

Curtis and Martin will combine food, mindfulness, and seven eco-lifestyle realms (spiritual, emotional, physical, nutritional, social, environmental, and financial) to inspire a balanced life. Classes, workshops, events, and services are chosen to support the seven realms.

The Alchemy Dinners are very innovative, fun, and insightful. Chef Curtis creates Conscious Cocktails and a 4-course organic raw food dinner while Debbie provides questions and exercises for table topic discussions that provoke deeper insight into self and the world around you. Each course revolves around one of the 7 Eco-Lifestyle Realms.
