Police locate missing developmentally disabled Bellevue man | UPDATE

Police located the missing 27-year-old man at approximately 7 p.m. Monday evening. He contacted an employee at the Lake Sammamish Four Square Church (14434 N.E. Eighth St.). Police said he was unhurt. Michael F. Siedler, 27, was last seen at 10 PM last evening while visiting his parents at the 15200 block of Southeast First Place. Since leaving his parents' home that evening he has failed to contact family friends, or anyone from his group home, which is located on the 800 block of 144th Place Southeast.

Bellevue police are asking the public to help in the search for a disabled man who went missing Monday evening.

Michael F. Siedler, 27, was last seen at 10 PM last evening while visiting his parents at the 15200 block of Southeast First Place. Since leaving his parents’ home that evening he has failed to contact family friends, or anyone from his group home, which is located on the 800 block of 144th Place Southeast.

Siedler has the emotional age of 10, police said. It is believed that he has very little cash on him. Siedler does have a bus pass and is familiar with the bus system.

He is described as a white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 190 pounds, short brown hair and green eyes. Siedler is believed to have been wearing a red nylon coat.

Siedler does have a cell phone but it is currently turned off and police have been unable to use a GPS track to locate him.
