Newport 2, Bellevue 0

The Knights (4-3, 3-1 KingCo 3A) scored runs in the first two innings and held on to win a close one against Bellevue. Colton Bielaski was hit with the loss for the Wolverines (3-2, 2-1). Nate Eisenhauer (1-1) picked up the win for the Knights. Colin Hering pitched the seventh inning to earn the save for Newport.

Interlake 5, Sammamish 3

The Saints scored five runs in the fourth inning and held on to defeat Sammamish at Bannerwood Park in Bellevue.

Matt Allan (1-1) picked up the win for Interlake (3-3, 1-3), striking out six Totems. Brandon Lawyer took the loss for Sammamish (1-4, 1-3).

Viktor Drangell scored twice and Liam Kelly picked up three assists to lead Bellevue past Newport. Race Sciabica also scored to help Bellevue improve to 4-1-1. Michael Green scored for Newport.

Mount Si 2, Interlake 1

Ben Joselyn and Adam Baumgardner both scored as Mount Si rallied from a 1-0 deficit to beat Interlake. Andy Fordyce opened up the scoring for the Saints with a goal in the 38th-minute.

Sammamish 1, Issaquah 1

Quinn Grisham scored for Issaquah only five minutes into the game, but Nate Wigley’s goal in the 12th-minute tied the game for Sammamish at Issaquah High School.

Jake Hemingway, Scott Staples and Michael Green all scored to lead Newport past Liberty. Mark Loreen scored the Patriot’s lone goal.

Bellevue 5, Issaquah 3

Taylor Young scored two goals to lead Bellevue past the Eagles at Issaquah High School. Viktor Drangell, Race Sciabica and Brad Jackson all scored for the Wolverines. Quinn Grisham scored twice and Lucas Morais scored once for the Eagles.

Interlake 2, Sammamish 1

Nathan McGuire scored in the 54th-minute to break a 1-1 tie and help the Saints defeat Sammamish.

Race Sciabica scored twice and Eric Drewenskus added a third as Bellevue defeated Interlake.

Liam Kelly picked up two assists for the Wolverines (2-1-1, 2-1-1 KingCo 3A). Nathan McGuire scored for Interlake (0-4-1, 0-4-1).

Newport 2, Skyline 1

Leo Zhang scored 15:45 into the game, and Michael Green scored in the 55th minute to help Newport (3-0-1, 3-0-1) defeat Skyline. Edgar Esquivel scored the Spartans (2-1-2, 2-1-2) lone goal.

Mount Si 0, Sammamish 0

The Wildcats and Totems battled to a scoreless tie at Mount Si High School. Matt Hansen was credited with the shutout for Sammamish (2-0-2, 1-0-2), while Cody Tipton and Ryan Herman combined in net for the Wildcats (2-0-3, 2-0-3).

Stacey Hagenson pitched a complete game, one-hit shutout, improving her record to 4-0 and helping the Knights remain undefeated in KingCo 3A play.

Hagenson struck out eight and Jessica Barry knocked in four runs for the Knights (5-1, 4-0 KingCo 3A). Katie Brett took the loss for Mount Si (1-3, 0-3)

Bree Bartholomew went five innings, allowing no runs and striking out 13 as Liberty (2-2, 1-1) crushed Bellevue. Adrienne Buxbaum was tagged with the loss for the Wolverines (0-4, 0-4).

Newport 2, Sammamish 1

Newport rallied for two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning as the Knights defeated Sammamish.

Stacey Hagenson went seven innings and struck out 11 to pick up her third win for Newport (4-1, 3-0). Tina Jacobsen was hit with the loss for the Totems (2-5, 1-3).

Issaquah 8, Interlake 0

Kelly Richards drove in two runs for the Eagles, who scored five runs in the seventh inning in a big defeat of Interlake. Stefanie Rabitoy took the loss for the Saints (4-2, 3-1). Lauren Naismith got the win for Issaquah (4-0, 4-0).

Eastside Catholic 14, Mercer Island 2

Ronnie Mae Ayers drove in two runs and picked up the win on the mound as Eastside Catholic blew out Mercer Island. Kelly Lloid drove in three runs for the Crusaders (4-0, 4-0 Metro League).

Mountlake Terrace broke a 3-3 tie with four runs in the fourth inning and added five more to blow out Sammamish.

Emily McKaig took the loss for the Totems (2-4, 1-2).
