Sessions set on hummingbirds, butterflies

Molbak’s plant experts, Lynda Robertson and Cheryl Anderson, will teach people how to make their garden attractive to hummingbirds and butterflies.

Molbak’s plant experts, Lynda Robertson and Cheryl Anderson, will teach people how to make their garden attractive to hummingbirds and butterflies.

Robertson will lead a session from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 26 discussing which plants and shrubs hummingbirds and butterflies find irresistible.

From noon to 1 p.m., Anderson will lead the children’s Sprouts Session, which is is recommended for kids ages 4 – 12.

In addition to learning how to attract hummingbirds and butterflies, kids will pot up an eco-friendly container with flowering plants to take home. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Space is limited and registration is required along with a $10 fee.
