Winslow Hayes has joined Bellevue-based CORE Business Bank as vice president and relationship manager.

Hayes brings over 35 years of banking industry experience to his role, including 20 years experience in commercial credit and relationship management.

Hayes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. He graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School with honors in 2002.
