Midwest sandwich chain Potbelly Sandwich Shop opened a store in downtown Bellevue Tuesday, the second in the Seattle area.
The store is located in the Bellevue Towers complex – located at 10608 NE 4th St. – and had its grand opening Tuesday morning.
The restaurant’s decorations give a clue to its history. The Bellevue location is adorned with antiques and historic photos of the city. The first store opened in Chicago in 1977 as a new venture for a young couple who dealt antiques for a living.
