The Norcliffe Foundation has announced a $1 million endowment gift to Bellevue’s Kindering Center. The fund will support future Kindering programs for the youngest, most vulnerable children in the community – infants and toddlers who are disabled, medically fragile, or vulnerable because of abuse or neglect.

“The need for early intervention services is crucial and ages 0-3 provide the greatest opportunity to affect neurobiologial and behavioral mechanisms,” said Mimi Siegel, Kindering Center Executive Director. “Infants and children with special needs cannot wait for services and thanks to this Endowment they will never have to.”

The Kindering Center is a non-profit neurodevelopmental center that provides therapies and services for infants and children who are disabled, medically fragile or vulnerable because of abuse and neglect.

The Norcliffe Foundation is a private nonprofit family foundation established in 1952 by Paul Pigott for the purpose of improving the quality of life of all people in the community by the application of financial and human resources.
