Kirkland resident Vicki Hone Smith will exhibit her fine art photography in a show called “Impressions of Italy” beginning March 29 at Pogacha of Bellevue. Hone Smith’s work captures her travels to Italy and her impressions of the rich textures and vibrant colors of the country. Her work will be on display through May 10.

Dorothy McKendrick Erickson passed away suddenly on March 19, 2008 of a cerebral hemorrhage at the age of 76. She was born Sept. 9, 1931 in Los Angeles and graduated from Washington High School in 1949. Later she attended Brigham Young University where she met and married Ron Erickson on Sept. 20, 1951 in the St. George, Utah LDS Temple.
